Silky Chicken Biriyani |

Ingradients: |
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Biriyani rice - 1 kg
- Nirapara Silky Biriyani Masala - 3 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Garlic - 10
- Ginger - 1" piece
- Green Chilli - 10 nos.
- Onion, Tomato - 3 each
- Coriander leaf, Salt - as required

| Method: |
| Grind ginger, garlic
& green chilli, to paste. Fry cut onions in ghee, add the
paste with tomato slices and coriander leaf. Add Nirapara Silky
Biriyani Masala and chicken pieces and cook in little water.
Fry washed biriyani rice in the little ghee, add water and cook.
Mix cooked rice with chicken gravy and pour ghee on the surface
and bake in an oven till done. Season with fried cashew. |
