Method:

Mix a little salt-to-taste in wheat atta, add a little luke warm water and knead it. Now add one tea spoon ghee and again knead it to make a smooth dough. Make small balls, roll them round in chapatti shape and heat on hot-iron plate on low-fire.


Poori
Method:

Mix salt-to-taste and a little water in wheat atta and knead it nicely. Keep it for 10 minutes, make small balls, roll them round in poori shape and deep-fry in oil.
