Dosa Podi
Ingredients: Raw Rice, Black gram (Urad Whole)
Method:
Add 1 cup of NIRAPARA Dosa Podi into 2 cups of water, little by little. Stir well. Keep this 10/12 hours. Add salt (to taste) and prepare delicious Dosas. (Adding a paste of ½ glass boiled rice to this mixture shall make Dosa more soft).
