Nirapara Silky Fish Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Fish - 1 kg
  2. Ginger - 1 piece
  3. Small Onion - 5
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. Curry leaf - 3 stem
  6. Coccum - 2 pieces
  7. Coconut oil - ½ tbsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Nirapara Silky Fish Masala - 4 tbsp
Method:
Fry ginger, curry leaf and small onion in coconut oil Add coconut, coccum, salt and Nirapara Silky Fish Masala and enough water and boil well. Add fish pieces and cook on low flame. Season with curry leaf and onions.
