Iddli Podi
Ingredients: Raw Rice, Black gram (Urad Whole)


Iddli
Add 1 cup of NIRAPARA Iddli Podi into 1 ½ cups of water little by little. Stir it nicely till the whole powder becomes a thick paste. Keep this 10-12 hours. Add salt (to taste) and prepare delicious Iddlies. (If a paste of ½ glass boiled rice is added to this mixture, Iddli all become more soft).
