INGREDIENTS:

    1. White Chana -200gm
    2. Onion -2 nos
    3. Tomato -1 large
    4. Green Chilly -3 nos
    5. Ginger -1/2 inch
    6. Salt - to taste
    7. Coriander leaves -little
    8. Oil - 3tbsp
    9. Nirapara Chana Masala -3tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

    Soak Chana over night, boil with salt and cook well. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger, green chilly sauté it till the raw smell evaporates, then add chopped tomato & cook for 2min, then add “Nirapara Chana Masala” and cooked Chana,  mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
