INGREDIENTS:

    1. Chicken(cut into pieces) - 1 kg
    2. Ginger - 1pieces
    3. Tomato - 1
    4. Green Chilly - 2
    5. Garlic - 1 pod
    6. Onion - 1
    7. Curry Leafs - 1 stem
    8. Nirapara chicken Masala - 5 tbsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

    Add 2 tbsp Nirapara chicken Masala  with the chicken pieces and mix well and cook it till water has evaporated. heat oil in a pan sauté onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves till it becomes golden brown colour add 3 tbsp chicken Masala, sauté it When fat starts oozing out, add tomato pieces into it and sauté again.Add the chicken pieces into it and mix well. When the masala is thoroughly mixed with the chicken and cook in simmer fire. Fry well. serve hot
