TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

    1. Chicken -1kg
    2. Mustard oil -4tbsp
    3. Hanged Curd (curd should be Hanged in muslin cloth for 30 min) -3-5tbsp
    4. Salt - To taste
    5. Nirapara Tandoori Masala - 5tbsp
    6. Raw garlic (if necessary) -10 flakes (Chopped)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

    Take a large bowl, put 5 tbsp of “NIRAPARA Tandoori Chicken Masala” and mix with mustard oil, salt & hanged curd in to a thick batter. Cut slits in the chicken pieces and mix with the batter, keep aside for 1 hour. Thread on to a thin iron rod and place it well inside the oven or tandoor. Remove after 5-8 min, smear with oil and place again in oven. Remove when well cooked. Serve Hot with onion rings and piece of lime.
