Pathiri Podi
Ingredients: Raw Rice

 

Method:

Add ¼ tbsp. Coconut oil and required salt to 1 glass of water and boil it. When it boils hard add 1 glass of NIRAPARA Pathiri Podi in small quantities. Stir this only after 1 minute. Remove it from stove and keep it close. After 1 minute put this warm mixture in a flat vessel and mix it thoroughly giving good pressure till the dough becomes soft. Make small balls out of this and press it in the pathiri press. Grill this pathiri in a frying pan without oil (absolutely no).
