Nirapara Silky Sambar

Ingredients:
  1. Sambar vegetables (Lady's finger, brinjal, drumstick and tomato sliced)
  2. Dal - ½ cup
  3. Green chilli - 3
  4. Onion - 2
  5. Tamarind, Salt - to taste
  6. Nirapara Silky Sambar Powder - 3 tbsp
Method:
Boil vegetables and dal, onion, green chilli. Fry the tomato and lady's finger. Add Nirapara Silky Sambar Powder, salt and tamarind and boil. Season with red chilli, curry leaf & mustard.
